What do I look for when I read a book?

There is no such strong will to find answers as I am not going through a heartbreak, a heavy loss or any sense of loss of purpose in life.

I read for a change, an alteration to my being. Anything that provokes my established perceptions, helps me understand this world, how love enfolds itself, and this list is endless.

For instance, I discovered a book titled "Butter" of the genre mystery and thriller on the instant shopping online platform and I saved this book for my next purchase. This genre doesn't attract me, apart from Sherlock Holmes which I used to read in my childhood days, still I decided to read this book as it connects lived realities under the ambit of thriller and I am curious how the japanese author delivers it.

I always look forward to build meaningful connects and interactions. But life wanted something else out of me, this doesn't mean that I should abandon this wish of mine and again become a complete nerd who is over burdened with exam worries and syllabus. I know the exam is competitive but can't allow it to take a toll on my life.

Reading novels allows me to secretly and uniquely fulfill my wish.
