The Trial

Trial is for the guilty, and Judgement for the accused.

Everyone hopes for a fair trial that leads to their rightful Judgement. Justice begins with informing the accused of their crimes. This bureaucratic system takes a turn in Kafkaesque, where even an inconclusive trial leads to judgement.

Inequality lies in the very procedure of justice delivery. The rich is always an accused, wherein a common man is punished for questioning by giving a harsh judgement based on propagandized popular opinion plagued by misinformation to feed the perpetual hysteria.

The collapse of mankind begins with metamorphosis of model citizens into subjects — rats on drug testing —communities as mere subjects to check tolerance for misgovernance. Bureaucracy is complex as it is built to command order, thus becomes crucial to alter human mind to that of a pest who worships order and resents questioning.

In the novel – The Trial, judgement ended the man like a dog — In real life, the Judgement lies in the procedural delay when one's life is reduced to that of an insignificant one.
